All promotional materials relating to the waterpark rental must receive approval from the waterpark prior to distribution. The collection of money, sale of tickets, food or beverage is strictly prohibited on County property. If this rental is being catered by an outside vendor, a Certificate of Liability Insurance is required with Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners being named as additional insured and must be provided prior to the rental date. This also applies to vendors, such as entertainers, music disc jockeys, etc. Alcohol is prohibited in the waterpark. To receive the tax exempt status, the organization name listed on the certificate must match the name on the check or credit card (no cash).
